Rob’s new socks are turning out stripy. I wasn’t expecting stripy, I was expecting variegated. The heels are variegating so I guess a over a different number of stitches the whole thing would variegate or stripe or pool. Tis interesting.
And I crocheted this usb cosy last night
I lost the cap from my usb pen and assumed I’d be able to get some kind of universal usb cover from Maplin but no, apparatnly not. I wandered round the shop for a bit looking a the lovely shiny things and was just about to buy a usb holder, when I realised crochet was the answer.
Oh and I have Jeanie wrap all finished now, including scary grafting, but I’m waiting till after the recipient’s birthday to post pics and details.
